flooring ,reclaimed, v.g. Yellow pine 2 1/2″

Pine flooring ,c. 1930. at least 700 square feet of 2 1/2 inch wide Southern Yellow Pine flooring. Some of this may be sanded to the point it would be impractical to use as flooring again without re-milling. However some of it has not ever been re-sanded and so is suitable for reuse as is for flooring. We just do not know these amounts yet. This flooring typically sells for $ 8-10.00 per square foot or more due to its rarity and superior quality. However we will the “non flooring” quality for $ 5.50 per square foot to use as wainscoting, accent walls, paneling, ceilings , furniture etc. This post is for that “lower quality” material
