“The Whitneyville Festival Christina Crowder, a member of the steering committee for the festival, said Friday the event was founded by Julie Bailis, Linda Mooser and Teresa Fields, the owners of Mountain View Wellness, Books & Company, and coffee shop Legal Grounds, respectively, with the hope of celebrating the season and promoting entrepreneurship in the community. The festival features local artisans, business owners, nonprofit organizations and members of the community, providing them the chance to show off their works and efforts, Crowder said.”
