Oak chairs .Very comfortable and appear to be custom made ( in house at a very well known university). A bit of dust and occasional wear spot on the fabric, but easily cleaned likely just a vacuum or maybe a bit of upholstery cleaner. Or , easy enough to replace fabric by just removing 4 screws. Incredibly well made.  There’s not even a hind of any wobble whatsoever. There are 20 of these chairs .Pickup in New Haven area. $ 24.00 each. You are not goin to get a chair built this well at the local big box furniture store. These chairs will outlast those stores’ buildings. These may not be available for pickup until after January first. If you need them before the next holiday call !.
