A collection of posts and beams from a c. 1900 factory building in New Haven, Ct. Some heart pine and spruce. Dimensions range from 4×6 to 11 x 12 ,with longest beams 45 feet long (!). Estimated at 3,000- 3,500 board feet of material. Prefer selling half of the lot minimum, but negotiable. Now stacked and ready to load.
