Oak from England. Salvaged from a monastery in England in 1875, installed in a house in New York in 1913. Salvaged from that house a year ago. This trim is mostly 6/4 to 8/4 thick, 4-8″ wide and random length up to 10 feet. Widths also vary and some edges are “live”. One side has original adz marks etc. and one side has been rough sawn flat. This wood has a lot of character and every piece is unique. Selling at $ 8.00 per linear foot.Shown without and with finish.
